APS Rewards at a Glance
Earn 1 Point for each $1 USD of eligible spending.
Redeem 150 Points for a $10 reward on an eligible website purchase.
Points normally expire 180 days after they are issued, subject to applicable law.
Membership is free. Eligibility and exclusions are explained below.

These Terms explain how the Awesome Pattern Studio (APS) Rewards loyalty program works for purchases at awesomepatternstudio.com. By participating, you agree to these Terms, subject to any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.
1. Membership and Enrollment
Membership is available to individuals aged 18 or older. Joining is free and does not require a purchase. Each person may have one Rewards account.
Businesses, organisations, and other non-individual customers are not eligible unless APS gives written approval in advance. Purchases for resale or commercial use do not qualify for Points.
Create an account on our website to join. Existing website account holders are automatically enrolled. Keep your account details accurate and maintain a current, valid email address. Contact us if you have questions about your membership.
2. Earning Points
Members earn 1 Point for each $1 USD of eligible purchases on our website. The payment method alone does not change whether a purchase qualifies. Eligibility is indicated by the Rewards information on the product page. Products that are not identified as participating do not earn Points.
Eligible spending is calculated after applicable promotional adjustments, before taxes and shipping, and after deducting returns, refunds, or other credit adjustments. Eligible spending is rounded to the nearest dollar for the Points calculation. This calculation does not make an excluded purchase eligible.
Points are credited immediately after an eligible purchase is completed. You can view your Points balance in your website account. If you believe your balance is incorrect, contact us with your order number.
3. Purchases That Do Not Earn Points
Discounted products. Products sold at a discount are excluded.
Subscriptions and prepaid products. Subscriptions, Pattern Packs, Credits, and Gift Cards do not earn Points.
Taxes and delivery. Taxes and shipping charges are not eligible spending.
Non-participating products. Products without Rewards eligibility information do not earn Points.
Fraudulent or commercial purchases. Unauthorised or fraudulent purchases, and purchases for resale or commercial use, are excluded. Points awarded on these purchases may be removed.
4. Redeeming Points
Once you have at least 150 Points, you may redeem Points toward an eligible purchase on our website. The conversion rate is 150 Points for a $10 reward. When you redeem, the relevant Points are deducted and the reward reduces the amount payable for the purchase.
Review the reward and order total before completing checkout. Rewards cannot be paid out in cash, and a redeemed reward cannot be used again. Additional promotional rewards may have their own clearly stated conditions.
5. Returns, Refunds, and Point Adjustments
If a purchase is returned, refunded, or otherwise credited, the Points earned from that purchase will be adjusted to reflect the eligible spending retained. APS may also correct Points credited in error.
Under the Program rules, a reward used on a returned purchase is forfeited and is not reissued, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Refunds reflect the amount actually paid, subject to your legal rights. For questions about a specific return, contact us before assuming that a reward will be restored.
Returns and refunds are also covered by our Returns Policy. These Rewards Terms do not remove any mandatory right to return a product or receive a refund.
6. Point Expiration
Points expire 180 days after issuance on a rolling basis.
Each group of Points has its own 180-day period, based on when those Points were issued. This is not a period measured from your latest purchase. Where applicable law prohibits or limits expiration, those legal protections take priority.
7. Promotions, Communications, and Privacy
APS may offer bonus Points, enrollment incentives, or other promotions. Any additional eligibility rules, deadlines, or limits will be stated with the offer.
Marketing messages are sent according to your preferences and applicable consent requirements. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in those messages. Rewards membership does not by itself provide consent to marketing where consent is required.
Essential account and Program notices may still be sent after you unsubscribe from marketing. Our Privacy Policy explains how we process personal information. It is a privacy notice, not a replacement for these Rewards Terms.
8. Changes to the Program
APS may change the Program or these Terms, or end the Program, for legitimate business, operational, security, or legal reasons. Updates will be published on this page with a revised date. Where required by applicable law, we will provide advance notice or obtain any necessary agreement.
If the Program ends or a change affects existing Points or rewards, we will explain how those balances are treated, subject to applicable law. This section does not permit APS to remove mandatory consumer rights. Continued participation is subject to any legally required notice or consent; it does not override those requirements.
9. Misuse and Membership Restrictions
APS may suspend or end membership, or remove improperly earned benefits, where there are reasonable grounds to believe that an account has been used for fraud, deliberate manipulation of the Program, or a serious breach of these Terms. Any action remains subject to applicable law.
If you believe a Points adjustment or membership restriction was made in error, contact us so we can review the issue. Ending membership does not affect rights that applicable law requires us to preserve.
