Shipping from Ukraine
We ship physical products from Ukraine to international destinations. Available delivery options and shipping costs depend on your destination and are calculated at checkout. Digital PDF patterns do not require postal shipping.

Order Processing
Our general processing time is 1–5 business days after payment. This is the time needed to prepare and dispatch your order, before postal delivery begins.
Preparation depends on the items and options you order. Back-ordered items may need additional time. Please check product availability and contact us before ordering if you need an item for a specific date.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Estimates
Standard international shipping
Standard parcels are sent through Ukrposhta, Ukraine’s national postal service. Delivery in the destination country is handled by the local postal operator or delivery partner.
The estimated delivery time for standard shipping is 7–10 business days after dispatch. Some parcels may take a month or longer, depending on the destination, customs clearance, and postal conditions.
Express shipping by EMS or DHL
Where offered for your destination, express shipping has an estimated delivery time of 5–7 business days after dispatch. Please provide the phone number requested at checkout so the carrier can contact you.
Allow time for preparation and delivery
Processing and transit are separate stages. Delivery times are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Postal disruptions, customs checks, and local delivery conditions can extend the time in transit. Please check the available options for your destination before paying.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the parcel weight, destination country, and selected shipping service. Review the shipping charge and final order total before completing payment.
Tracking Your Parcel
Standard shipping: Tracking is included for shipments valued at more than $20. For shipments below $20, tracking can be added for an additional $3. If you are unsure whether tracking is included in your order, please contact us before payment.
EMS or DHL: Tracking is included.
When your shipment includes tracking, look for the number in your shipping email or APS account. You can also use our Track Order page to check your order status. If you cannot find the tracking details, contact us with your order number.
Delivery Details and Delays
Please check your recipient name, full delivery address, postal code, and country carefully at checkout. Follow any collection or delivery instructions sent by the carrier.
Delays can occur because of customs checks, busy postal periods, service disruptions, an incomplete address, or an unsuccessful delivery attempt. If your parcel is taking longer than expected, check any available tracking updates and contact us so we can help check the shipment.
If a parcel is marked unclaimed, refused, or returned to sender, please contact us. We will review the situation and explain the available next steps. For return information, read our Returns Policy.
Customs, Import Duties and Taxes
Import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees depend on the destination and shipping service. The way these charges are collected can vary: some may be collected at checkout or prepaid for the shipment, while others may be payable on arrival.
Where import charges have not been included or prepaid, the recipient may need to pay them before the parcel can be released. If you are asked to pay a charge that you believe was already included or prepaid, contact us so we can check it. Please contact us before ordering if you are unsure what applies to your destination.
